2023-03-04 edit: it was brought to my attention that the original release on 2023-02-28 was linked with the older Intel QSV API (libmfx). The packages have been updated with the newer API (libvpl). The only practical difference is support for AV1 H/W encoding on Intel CPUs that support it.
